EXIT STRATEGY PLANNING

At some point time, an exit strategy for both the company and its investors will be needed. Investors will often require an earlier exit process, or way to recover earnings when purchasing equity in an earlier stage company. That exit may not be available unless thorough pre-planning and thought has been put into the exit process.

Dramatic consequences can occur when they believe investments would mature, yet they have no way to achieve returns on a cash basis or liquidation event. VX and its partners can help company's plan these events through various instruments, liquidation options and value achieving milestones. This helps alleviate investment anxiety and provide options and plans that can be accommodated through both initial instrument planning and feature modification.
