Our investor base expects a well-prepared, diligent and knowledgeable client with an ability to execute and succeed. Our job is to help you prepare for the best possible outcome with the sources most likely to fund you.
We have many start-ups come to us with dreams of success. We love to support those dreams, but they must be tempered with reality. You must also know the obligations, regulations, and processes you will be facing.
As an early-stage venture, we realize that your eagerness and excitement can overtake some of the mundane issues that will lead to successful funding, and ultimately a successful business.
You have a hard obligation to hourly personnel such as Counsel, CFO's, onboarding personnel, and other professionals you may wish to engage in order to achieve our goals. These are obligations to professionals that you will always face as a business owner.
However, a wide array of variables can affect that process. An investors personality and like or dislike of your approach, attitude, valuation, market conditions and offering specifics can all play a role that we have no control over. Therfore, our position as an investment marketer cannot be based on a success incentive for the base onboarding process, nor can we randomly introduce you without the process being complete.
